Do I need to pay duties, taxes or customs charges?Updated 2 hours ago
Whether duties, taxes or customs charges apply depends on your delivery country and the warehouse your order is shipping from.
In general
- Orders shipped domestically within the UK, EU or US do not usually incur import charges.
- If your order is shipping internationally, duties, taxes or customs clearance charges may apply unless they are shown as included during checkout.
- The warehouse your order ships from can affect whether import charges apply. This will be reflected in your basket and checkout journey where relevant.
Please note
- Any import charges applied by your local customs authority or carrier are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
- Exchange shipments may also be subject to local import charges where applicable.
If duties are refused
If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to sender, any refund can only be processed once the items have been received back by us. Original shipping charges are not usually refundable, and return or carrier charges may be deducted where applicable.
