Have you received my return?
Once we receive your return shipment back you will be notified via email. From this date please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed.
If you are returning your items for an exchange, once this has been processed you will receive a new order confirmation email containing your requested exchange items. If any of your requested exchange items are out of stock, we will email you to ask how you would like to proceed so please look out for any emails from us.
If you are returning your items for a refund, once this has been processed you will receive a credit memo via email confirming that your refund has been processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
