My order says 'processing' what does this mean?Updated 2 days ago

If your order status says processing, it means we have received your order and payment and your order is waiting to be dispatched.

What this usually means
- Your order has been placed successfully.
- Your order confirmation email should already be with you.
- Your tracking link will only become active once your shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Why your order may still show as processing
- Your order is waiting for the carrier collection or first scan.
- Your order contains a pre-order item or an item with a later dispatch window.
- Your order includes more than one item and is waiting for the longest lead-time item to be ready.

When to check again
- If you have ordered available now items, your order should normally move on once it has been dispatched.
- If you have ordered a pre-order item, your order may remain in processing until stock is ready to ship.
