Once your return reaches us and is checked in, you will receive an email update.

What happens next
- If you returned your order for an exchange, you will receive confirmation once your return has been processed. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will contact you with the next steps.
- If you returned your order for a refund, you will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed back to your original payment method.

Before you contact us
- Please check your return tracking first.
- If your tracking shows your parcel is still in transit, your return has not been checked in yet.
- During busy periods, returns can take a little longer to be processed after arrival.
