Return TrackingUpdated a month ago
Once your return has been created and handed to the carrier, you can track it using the return tracking information provided during your returns journey.
What to do
- Keep your return receipt or proof of postage until your return has been completed.
- Use the tracking link provided by the return carrier to follow the parcel.
- Check that your parcel is moving towards the correct return address shown during your return setup.
If your return tracking has not updated
- Allow time for the first scan to appear after the parcel has been handed over.
- If the tracking has stopped updating, contact the carrier first where possible.
- If you still need help after that, contact us with your order number and return tracking number.
