What is your returns, exchange and refund policy?Updated 3 hours ago
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
To be eligible for a return
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Items must not have been used on the road or slope.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once an item has been worn, it is not eligible for return.
Return shipping
- Returns and exchanges are free in the UK, US and EU.
- Returns and exchanges are paid by the customer in all other regions.

Important
- Your return remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria above, it may be sent back to you.
- If you have received the wrong item, are missing an item or your item arrived damaged or faulty, please use the dedicated help articles for those situations instead, as the process may be different.
Refunds
- Refunds are always made back to the original payment method.
- If you used a buy now, pay later service such as Klarna, Affirm or PayPal Pay Later, your refund will be handled through that provider.
- In some regions or circumstances, refunds may begin once your return is in transit. In others, refunds are completed once the return has been received and inspected.
