When will my order be delivered?Updated a day ago
Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and on your order confirmation. These dates are estimates based on your delivery location, the items in your basket and the warehouse your order is shipping from.
What to expect
- Orders are fulfilled from our UK, US or EU warehouses depending on your location and the items in your basket.
- If every item in your basket is marked available now, orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same day from the relevant warehouse. For EU and US orders, this is based on local warehouse time. For UK and Rest of World orders, this is based on UK time.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will usually dispatch when the longest lead-time item is ready.
- If stock arrives earlier than expected, pre-orders may leave sooner than the date shown when you placed your order.
Tracking updates
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for tracking to update.
If your delivery is late
- First, check your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier first, as they can often help more quickly with delivery scans, depot checks and driver queries.
- You can also contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods, carrier delays and customs delays may affect the final arrival date.
