Payment errors are usually caused by a bank or payment provider security check, or by a mismatch in the details entered at checkout.
What to try first
- Double-check your billing details and payment information.
- Try the payment again carefully.
- If available, try another payment method shown at checkout.
- Contact your bank or payment provider and let them know you are trying to place an order with us.
Why this can happen
Banks and payment providers sometimes place a temporary hold or block on a transaction as part of their fraud prevention process, especially on international transactions.
If you still need help
If the payment continues to fail after checking with your bank or payment provider, contact our Customer Experience team and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you are using at checkout
- Your delivery country
- The payment method you are trying to use
- A screenshot of the error message, if possible
