Will I be charged duties on my order?Updated a year ago

For customers based in the UK or USA, you will not have to pay any import duties to receive your shipment.

For customers outside the UK or USA Ruroc is not liable for any import related duties and/or taxes. The only exception to this is the EU member states listed below:

• Ireland
• Italy
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Luxembourg

• The Netherlands
• Poland
• Portugal
• Romania
• Slovakia
• Slovenia
• Spain
• Sweden

If you are based in one of the above countries then Ruroc will cover any import duties and/or taxes relating to your shipment.

For any customers based outside the above countries, any import related duties and/or taxes charged will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. This includes any import duties and/or taxes relating to exchanges, however, in the event you return your items you should be able to claim back your original import duties and/or taxes from your customs office.
