I’m afraid we don’t cover the cost for the return shipping, unless you have received defective or faulty items. If you have received defective/faulty goods then please refer to our article titled I’ve received defective/faulty.
If you are sending your order back for an exchange/refund, then you would need to cover the cost for this. However we can provide you with a shipping label to do so, this will be significantly cheaper than what courier services would charge. We will charge you the same price in which you paid for your initial shipping for the returns label, you can find all of the steps on how to begin the returns process over on the following link.
Once you have followed the steps and paid for the label this will be sent to you via email
