Changing your shipping/billing address can be done in your account portal on our website. First of all you would need to sign into your account, if you have forgotten your login details then please to refer to our article on how to reset your password.
Please note prior to ordering always ensure your delivery and billing addresses are up to date.
Once signed into your account, on the left hand side you will see there is a menu (see image below) you will need to click the link which says " Address book"
You will then be taken to the address book page, here you can edit both your default billing and shipping addresses. To do so simply click on the pencil icons located on the right hand side of both billing and shipping address. Alternatively if you want to add an alternative delivery address, so this could be a work address or a friends address then you can do so by clicking the add new address button in the bottom right of the page.
When you have inputted the desired delivery/billing address ensure you hit save and then this should be updated to your account. If you do experience any issues with the process then please do make our Customer Experience team aware.
