We’re unable to make the following changes to your order once you have hit the “place order” button. These changes include:
- Change of style or size.
- Change of shipping address.
- Adding products to an order
- Removing products from an order (Excluding Crash Replacement)
Once you have placed your order with us, you have up until the point of dispatch to cancel your order. To cancel your order you will need to locate the order reference and message our customer support team with the order reference and clearly state that you are wanting to cancel your order with us.
After the point of dispatch you are unable to cancel your order and you would be required to follow our returns process, you can follow the link below to be taken to our returns page.
