From when you receive your order, you have up to 14 days to decide if you are not 100% happy with the size/style of your helmet. Providing the helmet has not been used and is in the same condition in which it was sent out to you we can accept this for a return.
Please ensure that upon returning your helmet to us, you complete and enclose the documents found on our returns page, here – www.ruroc.com/returns
Unfortunately we don't cover returns costs if this is for a style or size swap, however you can purchase a returns label from us for the same price you paid for the initial shipping cost.
