From when you receive your order, you have up to 14 days to decide if you are not 100% happy with any items within your order. There are some important points to consider before returning your items to us You will need to ensure that the items being returned have not been used outside, you are more than welcome to try the helmet on and wear it around the house to see how the fitment feels for you but please be advised any items that have been worn outside the house we do hold the right to reject the return. All items being returned to us do need to be returned to us in the exact state in which you have received them. This includes ensuring the visor film has not been removed. Unfortunately return costs on unwanted items are not covered by us, you can purchase a returns label directly from us and arrange the returns directly through our returns portal.
