Checking your order status can be done via your Ruroc account. To do so you first would need to ensure you are signed into the Ruroc account linked to your order. If you are having trouble accessing your account or have forgotten your password please refer to the article around resetting your password.
Once you are signed into your account you will need to click on the button " my orders" (see image below)
Once you have clicked on this button you will be able to view all of your orders linked to your account, any orders that were made not signed in or under a different account would not be visible in this portal. You will be able to see the status of historical and active orders here.
