AT4 Carbon - What’s Included in the Box

AT4 Carbon is certified for road use and carries ECE 22.06 and DOT certification.

AT4 Carbon is built for road use according to the certifications listed below. You should still check local laws and any venue rules that apply where you ride.Certifications- ECE 22.06- DOT (FMVSS 218)&#xA0;Road and track useAT4 Carbon is a road-use helmet. It is not approved for track use. AT4 Carbon - Certifications and Road Use

AT4 Carbon does not include a Pinlock insert in the box, but compatible AT4 Pinlock options are available.

AT4 Carbon - Pinlock Compatibility and Fitting

AT4 Carbon is compatible with AT4 Shockwave and is designed to accommodate an integrated communications unit.

AT4 Carbon is designed to work with an integrated Ruroc Shockwave unit rather than an external bolt-on system.Compatibility- AT4 Carbon is compatible with AT4 Shockwave.- AT4 Shockwave is the Ruroc integrated unit designed for the AT4 range.Third-party comms- Third-party comms can sometimes be used, but Ruroc does not recommend them because external units can add bulk and may increase snag risk.Need more help? AT4 Carbon - Shockwave Compatibility

Regular gentle cleaning and dry storage will help keep AT4 Carbon in the best possible condition.

To keep AT4 Carbon in the best condition, clean it gently and store it somewhere cool, dry and protected when it is not in use.Cleaning- Use a soft microfibre cloth or lint-free cloth for the visor and outer surfaces.- Use lukewarm water where needed and avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.- If you remove the visor or liner for cleaning, make sure all parts are completely dry before refitting them.- Take extra care with the inside of the visor, as scratches can affect Pinlock performance.Storage- Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.- Do not store it while damp.- Keep it away from chemicals, fuels and other substances that could damage materials or finishes.Important- Do not use aggressive cleaning products on the visor, shell or liner.- If you are removing or refitting accessories after cleaning, make sure all fixings are secure before you ride.Need more help?
