How do I use the sizing guide?

Use our sizing guide to find your recommended helmet size before you order. Here’s how to measure correctly, what fit to expect, and what to do if you’re between sizes.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally from our UK, US and EU warehouses, with shipping options and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout for your location.

Are Ruroc helmets stocked in any physical stores?

Ruroc is primarily an online brand, but you can try selected helmets at sizing stations and official retailer locations in some regions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

When will my order be delivered?

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. Available now orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same day from the relevant warehouse.

My order says 'processing' what does this mean?

Processing means we have received your order and payment, and your order is waiting to be dispatched. Tracking becomes available once your shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Why am I seeing a payment error at checkout?

Payment errors can happen if your bank or payment provider blocks the transaction for security reasons, or if the checkout details do not match what your provider expects.

How do I claim military or blue light discount?

We offer a 10% discount to active serving military personnel, veterans and blue light services. This discount is issued once your eligibility has been checked by our team.

Do I need to pay duties, taxes or customs charges?

Orders shipped domestically within the UK, EU or US do not incur import charges. For other destinations, duties and taxes may apply unless they are shown as included at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and a range of alternative payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna and Affirm where available. The payment options shown at checkout depend on your region.

Can I order spare parts?

Some replacement parts can be ordered directly from our website. If the part you need is not listed, contact us and we will review what we can offer for orders placed directly with Ruroc.
