My helmet doesn't fit me, how do I exchange it?Updated a year ago

Sorry to hear your helmet doesn't fit, returning your helmet is super easy! From delivery, you have 14 days to request a return of your items for either an exchange or refund providing you meet the below criteria

  • All items must be returned to us in the same condition received,
  • All items must not be worn out on the road
  • All items must be in the original packaging.

Any items returned to us deemed to have been used, will be sent back out to you without being processed. Any items returned with the protective film removed may be deducted from any refund amount. This can include the clear & tinted visors that come as standard with the helmet.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
