What is the warranty on my helmet?Updated a year ago

Ruroc warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the provisions below.

If a Ruroc product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the products free of charge provided that the customer has promptly notified us of any defect and immediately cease to use the product in question. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Any item not purchased directly through Ruroc or second-hand will not have a valid warranty.

Damage due to wear and tear, accident, misuse or neglect, failure to store or use the product correctly, or damage due to repairs carried out by anyone other than Ruroc will not be covered by this warranty policy.

Ruroc will attempt to repair the issue and if a repair cannot be offered then a like-for-like replacement will be offered. If a like-for-like replacement cannot be offered due to stock levels then the nearest helmet available of similar value will be offered.
